Peeps, if we just listen to what our bodies want, then we will never feel uneasy/guilty/ashamed around food again. I believe that intuitive eating is the only way to live life without the shackles of food obsession. Many of us know where that leads: weight fluctuation, extreme feelings of shame/hopelessness, and general mental/emotional/physical torture.
I could get on a soapbox about the value of intuitive eating. Seriously, it will remedy our fraught relationship with food.
